This tour is an excellent way to explore the natural and cultural beauty of this region of southern Peru. Campiña is known for its breathtaking landscapes, charming villages and will give you the opportunity to enjoy rural Peruvian life.

Itinerary

Our meeting point will be the Plaza de Armas and then we will go to the tourist bus stop located in Zela Street, we will enjoy the whole tour on the second floor of the bus to have a better view of all the tourist attractions of the city of Arequipa, our first point will be the District of Yanahuara where we can take pictures in the famous Portales de Yanahuara with the background of the Misti volcano, we can also appreciate the Church of this traditional district. Then we will be able to go to the second point that will be the Observatory of Carmen Alto, here we will appreciate the andenería of the district and the three representative volcanoes that there are in Arequipa; the Misti, Chachani and Pichu Pichu.

Then we move to the third point which will be the Minizoológico of Incalpaca, where we can appreciate the four South American camelids (Llama, Alpaca, Vicuña and Guanaco). Our fourth point will be the Founder’s Mansion; a colonial mansion, now converted into a museum, which houses important relics of the history of the city of Arequipa, admission is optional. Finally, we will visit the fifth point which will be the Sabandia Mill in whose interior is working water mill and also a fighting bull called terminator (admission is optional) if you want to stay outside you can find optional activities such as horseback riding, ATV ride and Zipline.

Finally we will return to the city center where we will be arriving in approximately 45 minutes.
